Overview

The Noble Research Institute's Computing Services department is seeking an Application Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have skills in the area of performing systems and technical analysis of new and established software solutions, providing testing and support of business and enterprise software solutions, and enjoy challenging projects. Experience with enterprise systems and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop data driven reports requested by Noble staff, author and maintain technical documentation and procedures in relationship to systems and integration, proved end-user support and training of solutions and provide analysis and end-user support of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Duties of the position will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing support and analysis of the portfolio of Human Resource and Accounting vended and custom solutions by testing and documenting system integrations;
  • Implement and recommend technical solution and opportunities for process improvement;
  • Assess commercial software systems for deployment within Noble's groups and laboratories;
  • Develop and support data driven reports as requested by utilizing reporting technologies.

This position will require the use of a customer service-focused approach for all interactions and task by maintaining a cooperative working relationship with all employees.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. At least two year of experience with enterprise systems is preferred.
