The Noble Research Institute is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to assist with administrative duties associated with our core facilities and transformation groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing semi-routine administrative needs of the groups under moderate supervision. Primary responsibilities will be to serve as a records administrator for paper and electronics files and creating and monitoring electronic work flows. The ability to demonstrate full proficiency in computer use and knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet use) via skill test will be required. A successful employee must be computer and software system savvy, with a passion for detail and accuracy. Other primary duties include providing administrative support and managing special projects.

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to generating correspondence, reports and spreadsheets upon request with moderate supervision. Additionally the ideal candidate will be responsible for group specific functional activities; organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files/records, and assisting with scheduling for department members.
High School diploma and 5 years of relevant full-time experience required; associates degree or higher is preferred. Alternately, 2 years' experience with associates degree or 1 year experience with a bachelor's degree will be considered.
