    The Noble Research Institute's Computing Services department is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join our solutions team. The ideal candidate will have skills in the area of evaluating and implementing commercial enterprise software systems, performing systems and technical analysis of new and established software solutions, providing testing and support of business and enterprise software solutions, and enjoy challenging projects. Experience with enterprise systems and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

    Solutions Analyst Job Description

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will analyze business/scientific processes and recommend technical solutions, evaluate and implement commercial software solutions, provide testing and support of business and enterprise software solutions, and analysis and end-user support of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Duties of the position will include but are not limited to:

    • Identifying, assessing, and implementing software solutions and systems.
    • Evaluating business/scientific processes and recommending improvements and technical solutions.
    • Assess commercial software systems for deployment within Noble's groups and laboratories;
    • Providing support and analysis of the portfolio of Human Resource and Accounting vended and custom solutions by testing and documenting system integrations;

    This position will require the use of a customer service-focused approach for all interactions and task by maintaining a cooperative working relationship with all employees.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise systems required.
