The Noble Research Institute LLC in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is seeking a Full Time Temporary Research Assistant 1 to assist with all aspects of field work to support the scientific research objectives of a Land Stewardship and Ecosystem Services funded project. The successful candidate will assist with research on soils, plants and ecosystems related to land stewardship in the Southern Great Plains of the United States. This position will be under the direct supervision of Shawn Norton with research being supervised jointly between Ag Systems and Technology and the Industry Relations and Stewardship group.
This is a temporary position with initial funding through 2019. Funding is anticipated to be renewed annually based upon performance and funding availability for a potential of three years.

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to soil and vegetation sampling of land stewardship field experiments. Also, this position will support the work of research with both Ag Systems and Technology and the Industry Relations and Stewardship efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Because of the physical demands of this position, the selected candidate will be required to successfully complete a work steps test.
