The Noble Research Institute, LLC. in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is seeking an Event Coordinator PT in the Communications group to assist with planning, organizing and executing, all Institutional events, including tours and meeting development.
This is a part time position which will allow for up to 28 hours of work per week.
Part time positions are not eligible for benefits.

The Event Coordinator PT is responsible for assisting with the management and execution of a consistent standard, a "Noble Experience," for guests and visitors to the Institute campus and/or Institute events. The coordinator is also responsible for assisting with hosting and/or coordinating all Institute events, maintaining an institution wide events calendar and event supplies stock in multiple locations on campus, and coordinating on-campus and on-farm tours. The coordinator is expected to use a customer service-focused approach for all interactions, and complete other duties as assigned.
A bachelor's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, hotel and restaurant administration, communications, public relations, promotions or a related area is preferred.
3 years' experience conducting corporate, nonprofit or university event planning, working in a catering company and/or a public relations office.
Because of the physical demands of this position, the selected candidate will be required to successfully complete a work steps test.
