The Noble Research Institute LLC in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to assist with all aspects of lab and greenhouse tasks to support the scientific research objectives of assigned projects supported by a DOE grant. This position will be in the Functional Genomics program directed by Dr. Michael Udvardi.
This temporary position will be funded for up to 10 week but no longer than December 31, 2018. The regular work schedule for this position is up to 5 days per week during the normal 8:00 am to 5:00 pm work day. This positions will be scheduled to work up to a maximum of 28 hours per week.
Part-time positions are not eligible for benefits.

The successful candidate will assist a postdoc in the lab with all aspects of lab and greenhouse research to support the research objectives of the DOE funded project. Duties will include, but are not limited to assisting with soil and plant analysis as well as other duties as assigned.
No minimum education requirement. Must be at least 16 years of age by first day of employment. Experience in research and willingness to learn and master new research techniques and be genuinely interested in scientific investigations is preferred.
