    The Noble Research Institute's Human Resources department is seeking an HR Support Specialist. This position works closely with Human Resources Generalists in specific areas of recruiting, onboarding, employment, and leave tracking. The ability to demonstrate full proficiency in computer use and knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet use) via a skills test will be required.  An ideal candidate will be computer and software system savvy, with a passion for detail, accuracy and confidentiality and demonstrates poise, diplomacy and professionalism.

    HR Support Specialist Job Description

    Duties of this position will include but are not limited to: support recruiting and employment through internal and external systems maintenance and administration; responsible for time and attendance; general HR support of projects and daily administrative tasks; and providing professional and respectful customer service as the receptionist for the department.


    High School Diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 7 years administrative support. Alternative education and experience requirements which will be considered are Associate's Degree in related business/communication field with 3 years' experience; or a Bachelor's Degree in related business/communication field with 2 years experience. Human resources experience strongly preferred.


    Successful completion of an administrative skills test will be required.
