  • Overview

     

    The Noble Research Institute, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to assist with administrative duties associated with our Enterprise Systems & Informatics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing semi-routine administrative needs of the groups under moderate supervision. Primary responsibilities will be to serve as a records administrator for paper and electronics files and creating and monitoring electronic work flows. This position will require tracking IT expenditures against seven different budgets and coding purchases to the correct accounts. The ability to demonstrate full proficiency in computer use and knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet use) via skill test will be required.  A successful candidate must be computer and software system savvy, with a passion for detail and accuracy, and will also possess bookkeeping and/or financial tracking experience with a strong affinity for working with numbers. Other primary duties include providing administrative support, managing special projects, and small event planning and set up.

    Responsibilities

    Duties of this position will include but are not limited to generating correspondence, reports and spreadsheets upon request with moderate supervision. Additionally the ideal candidate will be responsible for group specific functional activities; organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files/records, and assisting with scheduling for department members.

    Qualifications

    High School diploma and 5 years of relevant full-time experience required; associates degree or higher is preferred. Alternately, 2 years' experience with associates degree or 1 year experience with a bachelor's degree will be considered.
